NEW LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST CHAMINADE AND MARIANISTS
Lawyers from Ken Chackes, LLC filed a new sexual abuse lawsuit on April 9, 2014, against The Marianist Province of the United States and Chaminade College Preparatory School. The case involves sexual abuse of a high school student by Brother John Woulfe while he was supposed to be functioning as the student’s college counselor. The sexual abuse by Brother Woulfe was occurring around the same time that another faculty member at Chaminade, Brother Louis Meinhart, was sexually abusing students.
