Lois Spritzer is Of Counsel at Chackes, Carlson, & Halquist, LLP and possesses over 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer, litigating cases in both state and federal courts. Lois graduated from Washington University School of Law in 1989 and then clerked for the Honorable Robert Kingsland, U.S. Magistrate for the Eastern District of Missouri. Lois has extensive administrative agency litigation experience, as she has litigated cases jointly with the United States Department of Justice and the Equal Opportunity Commission. Lois is a past president of the National Employment Lawyers Association- St. Louis Chapter, and has served on the executive board for the Eighth Circuit National Employment Lawyers Association. She has extensive alternative dispute resolution (ADR) experience as both a mediator and arbitrator in a variety of civil disputes.
